What are Cosmetics?
Generally speaking, cosmetics refer to products or substances that were created with the purpose of application on external parts of the body, including the mouth and teeth. Cosmetics are created based on the concept of emulsion. This procedure may either include some oil droplets found in water or several droplets of water found in oil. This results to an evenly textured and homogenous product.
